Pre-surgical Policy Pre-Procedure blood work is done 1-14 days before procedures; food is to be withheld after midnight - water is permitted.
Payment Options Cash, Check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover & Deferred Deposit Checks. Shelter adoptions receive an initial examination at no charge.
