How it all started
"Even as a child, I knew I wanted to become a veterinarian. I have always loved animals and I can't think of a better way to show it than be keeping them healthy and happy for a lifetime"

A continuing quest for knowledge
"The lifesaving information I gained while earning my degree will be with me for a lifetime. But it takes constant dedication to keep up with the latest advances in veterinary care. That's why I am committed to furthering my education with continued advanced training and my association with other professionals. I believe that every pet deserves that devotion."

How it all pays off
"A good veterinarian never stops learning and a great one never stops giving. I truly enjoy sharing my love for animals with the community. Not only have I been able to help keep pets healthy, but I've also gotten to know some really great people. You can be sure that every time you come to my office, both you and your "pet kid" will be welcomed as family. I've been a veterinarian for over 30 years and I never get tired of seeing the sparkling eyes of a pet nurtured back to health. That's why I get up in the morning. Every day is another chance to make a pet feel better and a pet owner smile."

We treat your pets just like you would...
We love pets. You feel it the minute you walk through our doors and you see it in our staff who are comfortable around the largest and smallest of pets. You can sense it as you see them interact with your pet, putting even the most high-strung patients at ease. At Dove Pet Hospital, we work together as a team to provide your pet with the most comprehensive animal care available. We treat pound puppies and purebred Persians and virtually everything in between.

Care for every stage of your pet's life...
You know that a puppy's veterinary needs differ from those of an adult dog. And your kitten's veterinary needs are different from our cat's. At Dove Pet Hospital, we have it covered. As your pets get older, they develop special needs just as we do. They'll become less agile and less alert. They may even get gray hair! They are considered a senior citizen at the age of 7! These are all a natural part of the aging process for animals. As they age, they are at greater risk for kidney, heart and dental disease. Be sure to bring them in if you notice any changes in diet, sleeping habits, elimination, or activity level. These changes could be clues that can help us prolong your beloved friend's life. We're ready to care for all your pet's needs, whatever the age.

You can trust your friend to us...
For over 30 years Dr. Eberhardt has been caring for pets with state-of-the-art technology, the latest techniques and a sincere appreciation for the bond that exists between pets and their people. That's why we have but one goal: To give your pet the care they deserve for a happy, healthy life. For those special cases that require special assistance we work closely with area board certified specialists so you can be assured that your pet will get the best care possible.

It's easy to get the care your pet deserves...
We offer early morning drop-offs, afterwork pickups and weekend hours. And of course, emergencies are always seen immediately. Plus, we accept personal checks and credit cards so it's easy to pay for your pets care.

You can trust your pets health care to our team at Dove Pet Hospital and Boarding.

Taking good care of you too...
We realize that keeping your pet happy is just a part of our job. That's why our entire team makes sure that all of your questions and concerns have been answered before we proceed with any procedure or treatment involving your pet. We want both you and your best friend to be completely happy with the care we provide.

Ours is a practice where clients can feel confident that their pet is cared for by "Gentle Doctors Practicing Quality Medicine", and that each staff member recognizes and agrees that a pet's life has value and that we are pet's advocates. All clients will be informed of everything their pet needs based on our knowledge and experience, and only what he needs and the client's decisions will be respected.
