As with all prescriptions we must have examined your pet before we can fill your prescription needs.

1.   The medication list is a current list of all products and prescriptions available to order online.  This list will continue to grow and is subject to revision at anytime.  If you are refilling a prescription please match the product name on your old prescription label to the list of products on this form.
